MÄDCHEN & MOTOREN – SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within Germany costs €5.99. Shipping within Germany is free for an order value of €49 or more after discounts.

The threshold is based on merchandise value after discounts, excluding shipping. Shipping costs and the total price are displayed before the order is placed.

Delivery times

Germany: approximately 2–5 business days
European Union: approximately 5–10 business days
Other international deliveries: approximately 7–21 business days

The stated delivery times are estimates and begin when the goods are dispatched. If a different delivery time is stated for a product, for example a pre-order or individually made product, that delivery time applies.

Shipping partners

We ship using established German and European shipping providers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information if the selected shipping service offers tracking.

Delivery delays

Events beyond our reasonable control, particularly force majeure, government measures or exceptional transport disruptions, may cause delivery delays. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Deliveries outside the EU

Deliveries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties, import VAT or other public charges in the destination country. Unless collected during checkout, these are payable by the recipient to the relevant authorities.
