This cancellation policy applies to consumers insofar as they are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal for the respective contract.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Laubenthal GbR, Mädchen & Motoren, Kelbergerstraße 13, 56766 Ulmen, Tel.: 0151 127 25797, Email: support@maedchenundmotoren.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery, without delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notification. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
3. Return of the goods
You must return the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days to the following address: Laubenthal GbR, Mädchen & Motoren, Kelbergerstraße 13, 56766 Ulmen, Germany. You bear the direct costs of return.
4. Compensation for loss in value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functioning.
5. Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
5.1 Personalized and custom-made goods: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's individual choice or specification, in particular products with a name, custom text, custom design or other individual customer specifications. This exclusion does not apply to standard size, color or product variants of stock items.
5.2 Sealed underwear and hygiene products: For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery. This may apply in particular to hygienically sealed panties, thongs and other underwear. Please try on underwear over your own underwear wherever possible.
