Which payment methods can I use?
You will see the payment methods available for your order at checkout, for example PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.
Payment by invoice or at a later date is only possible if this option is offered to you at checkout. The payment deadlines and conditions displayed there apply.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €49 or more. Shipping costs apply to orders under €49. The exact amount will be displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout.
How long does it take for my order to arrive at my home?
We deliver with DHL. Within Germany, the delivery time is 2–5 business days from the order date. If different delivery times are stated on the product page, the delivery time indicated there applies.
Can I cancel my order if it doesn't fit or suit me?
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for example by emailing support@maedchenundmotoren.de or using “Revoke contract”. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days at the latest. If you cancel, you are responsible for the immediate return shipping costs.
